FAQ regarding Covid-19 Rules

  1.  What happens when I come to the office?  We are only allowed to have one patient or one patient family in the office at a time.  When you arrive we will make certain you or your family are the only clients in the office.
  2. Do I need a mask?  Yes, masks are mandatory by Public Health order, unless a medical exemption can be provided.
  3. Why do I need to review the Covid-19 screening questionnaire? We are required to screen our patients for Covid-19 exposure.  We realize this is cumbersome but it is what chiropractors agreed to do to be able to provide care and we want to keep our part of the bargain to keep everyone safe.
  4. Are all these changes temporary?  Some yes, some no.  We have always worked hard to provide our clients with a safe and clean environment and that will never change.  Many of the requirements that we have were agreed to in order to serve our clients and as long as they are necessary we will perform these duties to keep everyone safe and secure.
  5. Why did you change the office hours?  They were changed to make sure we could see everyone in a socially distant manner.  The new office hours are MWF 3:00-6:00pm.
  6. Do we need to make an appointment or can I just drop in?  We have strict guidelines for social distancing and can only have one patient or family in the office at one time so we require appointments be booked either using our online booking or via phone at 403-980-8866.
